and visit to ROYAL WINDSOR
staying at the 4 STAR TOWER HOTEL
Friday, 28 February – Sunday, 1 March, 2020.
FRIDAY - We travel by Executive Coach with Hostess Service, Toilet and Washroom and drinks facilities via the motorways.
A comfort stop will be made at a motorway services for 45 minutes and we should arrive at the 4 Star Tower Hotel mid afternoon.
Rest of the afternoon is free, there is plenty to see and do around the Hotel which is situated on the River Thames and St. Katharines Marina. Within easy walking distance you will find the Famous London Sky Garden (Photo ID Required) Tower of London, Tower Bridge, H.M.S. Belfast, the Design Museum, Britain at War, London Dungeons, Hays Gallaria, The Globe Theatre, New Modern Tate and the Millenium Bridge, which takes you from the New Modern Tate across the River to St. Paul’s Cathedral.
If show tickets are required the coach will take you to the following:
PRETTY WOMAN, THE TINA TURNER MUSICAL, 9 TO 5 THE MUSICAL, WAITRESS, COME FROM AWAY,
If you do not wish to take one of these show, our office will be able to obtain different shows, but the coach will not be able to take you to the Theatre or return you. For those people not going to a show, the afternoon and evening is free to do as you wish. Sample a meal in one of the many restaurants around the Hotel.
SATURDAY - We are booked in for ENGLISH BREAKFAST, which may be taken in any of the two restaurants.
We meet the coach after breakfast for our tour of the famous sights of London.
The tour takes approximately 1½ hours then after the tour the driver will drop at Harrods in Knightsbridge, then by the Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum, then we go to Oxford Street, where all the main shops are.
If you wish to return to the Hotel, just stay on the coach.
Rest of the day is free to do as you wish and you can make your own way back to the Hotel at your leisure.
Evening is free.
SUNDAY - ENGLISH BREAKFAST in any of the restaurant and we meet the coach, after breakfast, for our visit to
ROYAL WINDSOR. There is plenty to see and do in Windsor, visit the Castle, explore the quaint street, visit the shops, take a sail on the River Thames. We stop here until mid afternoon, then we commence our journey home.
A stop will be made at a services, and on arrival at the services the driver will give estimated arrival home times, so passengers who wish to be met can telephone home.
Estimated arrival home time is between 7.00 p.m and 8.00 p.m. approximately, depending on traffic conditions.
PRICE PER PERSON SHARING A DOUBLE, TWIN OR TRIPLE ROOMS IS: £247.00 – not including Theatre tickets.
SINGLE ROOM SURCHARGE IS £60.00 PER NIGHT.
CHILD SHARING A TRIPLE ROOM WITH 2 ADULTS IS: £100.00. Triple Room are Double Bed and Z Bed or 2 Single Beds and Z Bed.
BRIDGE VIEW UPGRADE IS £15.00 per person, per night extra.
Bookings are taken over the telephone, when a deposit of £50.00 per person is required which is NON-REFUNDABLE. PLUS price of the Theatre Tickets.
Full payment is required within 6 weeks of departure date. It is adviseable to take out insurance, leaflets are available from our office.
